Format Batch Studio converts local video, audio and images on Windows. Trim a range, choose a canvas size, apply filters, add one logo and mix one music track. The full edition handles up to 50 files with the same settings, separate outputs, cancellation and a per-file CSV report.

Requirements: Windows 10/11 x64, .NET Framework 4.8 and separately installed FFmpeg plus ffprobe. No engine is bundled. Try the free demo before buying. Read Engine-Setup.html, then use Choose engine… to select an existing ffmpeg.exe with ffprobe.exe beside it. No PATH change is needed. Development checks used Gyan 9.0.1 full; compatible encoder support is required.

Export and DIY options

• 23 presets: MP4, MKV, MOV, WebM, AVI; animated GIF/WebP/APNG; MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG, Opus, AIFF; PNG, JPEG, still WebP, BMP, TIFF, AVIF and ICO. Animated/still WebP are separate presets: 22 distinct extensions.
• Fractional-second start/end range; 17 exact sizes and custom width/height; fit/pad, fill/crop, stretch and width/height swap.
• Nine original/filter choices, brightness, contrast and saturation.
• One image overlay: width, opacity, five positions and margin.
• One local background track: mix/replace, volumes, loop/silence padding and fades.
• English and Traditional Chinese; local processing with no account, subscription, app analytics or automatic upload.

Check compatibility first

Each input is limited to 1 GB and 30 minutes of processing. Not every format can be interconverted. Still output extracts one frame; GIF/images have no audio. Still images and animated WebP are not supported as video sources. First video/audio streams only, no additional subtitles or tracks; audio is 48 kHz, at most stereo. MP4 flattens alpha and may pad odd video dimensions. Re-encoding can change quality, size, timing or metadata. No live preview canvas or multitrack timeline. Your OS may sync cloud folders. This portable program is unsigned; keep Windows protections enabled if a warning appears.

One purchase covers one individual or organisation on devices they own/control for unlimited personal or commercial projects, with no subscription or per-output fee from this publisher. We claim no ownership of your media or exports. You must have the rights to the input, image and music. Do not resell/share the paid program. No particular future feature, major version or support period is promised. FFmpeg is independent software under its own terms and is not included.
